 bonuses commissions and any other form of payment according to the plan
 shared by wealthening members and any other agreement set forth with any
 individual by Wealthening.com, LLC as long as all the rules, terms and
 conditions are met. In addition, Wealthening.com, LLC reserves the right
 to change materials and documentation at any time and from that time
 forward to hold accountable to the foregoing materials and documentation.
