Bikes For Books Bikes For Books is a reading program developed by a member of a Masonic Lodge in Arizona. It encourages children to develop their reading skills by increasing the number of books they read. Every time a student reads a new book his or her name is put into a drawing for a new bicycle. One boy and one girl from each grade level in Milford elementary schools received a new bike. The Milford Masons are the first lodge to start the Bikes For Books program in New Hampshire.
